Fit out Supervisor – Harmonic Interiors – Dubai

We are Hiring UAE experienced Site Supervisors for our High-end Interior Fit-Out projects in Malls & Commercial buildings especially F&B, Retail outlets, Offices. Candidates must have excellent knowledge of handling full Turnkey Project life cycle, handling technicians to pace with project handover deadlines with Work Quality, getting work done as per approved plans and site conditions keeping quality of work at pinnacle, Communicating with consultants and client.

• Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements.

• Material and manpower planning and management.

• Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings.

• Should be able to independently handle sites

• Should have past experience of executing commercial projects such as retail stores, offices, banks, etc.

• Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
