Responsible for tracking shipments, from the receipt of the -order- to the -delivery- at the customer’s premises. Proactively manage all monitoring events and additional charges

Focal point to track order and transportation management issues, liaise with warehouses, suppliers and carriers for issue resolution and communicate with stakeholders providing full visibility on a daily basis;

Support the preparation of KPI data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, as agreed in the service contract;

Tracking orders and managing events in the systems

Responsible for controlling the transport documentation, managing and communicating with suppliers in case of any problem, and with the customer’s dispatcher for clearance processes

Monitor the accuracy of costs operational daily and inform the direct manager in case of any problem

Take care of all additional costs related to the operation
