Mobility Analyst – Globant – Capital Federal, Buenos Aires

Right now, we are looking for a Mobility Analyst to join our team at Globant!

• Having relevant experience working in the field of US business immigration.

• Experience working in the field of global mobility as a mobility specialist or similar is preferable, but not required.

• Knowledge of the US immigration system including common business visa categories such as L-1, H-1B, TN.

• Knowledge of immigrant visas processes (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3).

• Manage service providers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

• Act as a liaison for all Mobility related topics between the employees and external providers.

• English proficiency.

• Analytical experience with compiling reports is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently on multiple projects at a time and often having to compile guidance and information from a wide array of stakeholders.

• History of success in a remote work environment.

• Strong employee advocacy experience.

• Handling sensitive matters with empathy, diplomacy, attention, and care.
