Office Generalist / Recruiter / Collections – Matific – Desde casa

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Office Generalist to join our team! You will be tasked to manage the office, support sales with collections and recruiting.

As a Collections Coordinator you will be assisting with accounts receivables, billing and collections duties including, but not limited to; collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base and all other aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.

As a Recruiting Coordinator at our company, you will assist with finding, sourcing, and attracting talent with the goal to full-fill the company’s hiring needs.

The role requires someone with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain trusting and fruitful relationships.

Collections Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure on time payment of subscriptions
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
  • Resolve client-billing problems and rescue accounts receivable delinquency, applying good customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
  • Research and implement effective collection techniques.
  • Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts.
  • Develop effective repayment plans.
  • Handle bank reconciliation for the A/P and P/R accounts.

Office Generalist:

  • Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency.
  • Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Coordinating events as necessary.
  • Maintaining supply inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.

Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Source candidates by using databases and social media
  • Evaluate and screen resumes
  • Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Prepare new hire paperwork ensuring legislation requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
  • Work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter
  • Highly-skilled in negotiation.
  • Good administrative skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Comfortable working with targets
