The People & Culture Coordinator provides support for all aspects of Cielo’s People & Culture team for the Americas region, including Talent Management Business Partners (TMBP), Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning & Development. This self-motivated, detail-oriented professional serves in a hands-on role, coordinating the administrative aspects of HR and assisting to drive strategic HR programs. This dynamic professional is someone who thrives in a service-oriented, collaborative atmosphere and can seamlessly support multiple projects. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition SupportManage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval.Coordinate background, drug, and reference checking processes.Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation.Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding processes. Edit and post positions to Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels.Create and manage basic metrics reporting. Maintain Talent Acquisition inbox, responding to or forwarding emails to appropriate contacts.Provide other administrative support to recruiters as needed.Other duties as assigned. HR SupportApply employment practices in order to create a positive, ethical, and effective work environment.Act as a resource for employees, providing information, and answering inquiries.Assist with people-related communications such as employee newsletter and presentations. Assist with onboarding processes, including new hire forms, new employee orientation presentations, etc.Manage the processing of employee changes, internal movement, set-up of new hires, and general employee maintenance with payroll team.Assist with leave processes: exit interviews, termination documentation creation, and storage, etc.Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.Keep employee records up-to-date in a timely fashion.Manage employee surveys through Qualtrics including but not limited to, exit survey, new joiner survey, employee engagement survey.Maintain People & Culture inbox, responding to or forwarding emails to appropriate contacts.Other duties as assigned. HR Operations SupportAssist with policy and procedure research.Maintain regional employee handbooks with updated resolutions, addendums, and other pertinent information.Collect data, pull reports, and analyze trends on global metrics.Support benefits and payroll-related inquires.Maintain knowledge of rapidly changing HR regulations.Prepare documents on employee or manager requests. Other duties as assigned. Learning & Development CoordinationLearning Management System (LMS) administration. Monitor inbox and ticketing system for inquiries. Provide reporting and metrics as requested.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications This position will start 100% remote due to COVID-19. Once it’s safe to do so, the role will return to our offices in Palermo, Buenos Aires. Education: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably internal talent acquisition. Exposure to working globally, including training/onboarding. Experience in HR technology administration is preferred. Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Strong technical acumen, proficient in Microsoft Office, and utilizing ATS and HRIS systems.
