Performance Management Analyst-AR-Buenos Aires-CABA – Globant – Capital Federal, Buenos Aires

Right now, we are looking for a Performance Management Analyst to join our team!

• Create efficiency reports and new information boards.

• Set KPIs for each area and measure results.

• Generate and publish company key information, analyzing different critical indicators and their impact on the business.

• Upper-Intermediate English skills.

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Microstrategy, Powerbi, etc).

• Advanced Office Package skills; specially Excel/Google Spreadsheets.

• Experience in areas such as Management Control, Organization & Methods, Quality, Business Operations, Process Analytics, or similar.

• Being an advanced student or graduate in fields as Accounting or Business Administration, or similar.
