The Job
The position requires covering the payment process from invoice entry to final payment. Additionally, approving corporate card expense reports and personnel reimbursement, and tax payments.
The position is important as we cannot generate delays in the company’s payments.
The Daily
- Invoice processing
- Payment proposals Suppliers/payment of cards/taxes
- Approval expense reports
- Payment postings and documentation generation
The Essentials
- Student of economics or related field
- Proactive, decisive and orderly.
- Knowledge of the payment area
- English language
The Nice to Have
- Portuguese
- Knowledge in SAP and Concur systems.
