As Talent Development Trainee, you will have the chance to collaborates in the application of key personnel development practices and HR development activities: interviews with HPs, Exit Interviews, etc.
Main Responsibilities
- Assists in the implementation of the Performance Appraisal Process in the region or functional area tracking all related activities.
- Assists in the implementation of the Performance Appraisal Process in the region or functional area tracking all related activities.
- Collaborates in the People Review Process, analyzing Talent Pool and providing support to coaching activities.
- Assists in the Global Trainee Program and in the GTs recruitment and selection if the region required.
- Helps in the preparation of reports / analysis requested by the line managers / HR managers, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI) analysis.
