Job Context

The incumbent will be responsible for the role of Senior Associate, HR-Operations under Human Resources Division. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that HR policies remain updated and aligned with industry standards. The individual will act as the process owner for disciplinary actions and be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of personnel in the Sales Force, including performance tracking and exit procedures.

Job Description / Responsibility

• Update and maintain the HR Manual and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with organizational policies
• Draft and issue Show Cause Letters as part of disciplinary procedures
• Assist in conducting enquiry proceedings, ensuring due process and documentation
• Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of Sales Incentives in alignment with organizational policies and timelines
• Manage the end-to-end processing of release, confirmation, and handling of associated promotion activities
• Provide logistical support to Sales force employees as per operational requirements
• Issue warning letters to Sales force employees for performance improvement, following company guidelines
• Maintain and monitor the sales employees reporting Manager change process, ensuring smooth updates and tracking

Job Requirements

Education

Graduation/Post Graduation Degree in Human Resources/Finance/Accounting/Management from any reputed university

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant job field
