Job Brief

NLSM is a professional-aimed developmental academy and sports management firm in Bangladesh. The academy currently has 50+ athletes and launching NL Shop soon.

Pakshi Resort is an exclusive, private and river view resort lush with tropical plants by the side of the mighty river Padma of Bangladesh.

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and athletes. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers for Next Level Sports Management & Pakshi Resort.

Responsibilities:

 

NLSM is looking for someone who can think strategically, critically and efficiently plan and deliver.

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and athletes
• Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives, prepare sales reports, answer client queries and identify new business opportunities
• Responsible to engage with prospective athletes through social media, maintain email channels, communicate with parents and players through phone calls and emails.
• Produce simple yet engaging content and campaigns that will help develop our brands
• Work closely with the launch of NL Shop, a one-time shop for all sports necessities in Bangladesh

 

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a customer service manager, account manager, or relevant  role
• Education background in Marketing, Sports Management or Hospitality (Preferred)
• Must have their own laptop
• Must have an intermediate level of competence with numbers
• Entry-level graphic design experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with TeamSnap, Wave, Airtable is a bonus
• A strong passion for Sports and Hospitality

Job Hours:

Monday to Friday. 10am-6pm.

It is a full-time position with work from home flexibility.

The candidate is expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week. 

Salary:

 

15,000 BDT- 25,000 BDT per month
