Job Title: Admin and HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Forming and maintaining employee records
• Documentation of all official works and business processes as per management’s requirements
• Updating databases regularly such as sick and casual leave
• Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
• Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

Skills

1. Basic Computer Operation and Documentation: Should be able to prepare work orders, official orders, and other relevant documents as per company’s needs. The candidate needs to be comfortable with all Microsoft Office Applications.
2. Language: The candidate needs to be proficient in both Bengali and English, in both verbal and written form.
3. Communication: The candidate should be able to communicate efficiently with all the stakeholders inside and outside the company.
4. Problem Solving: The candidate needs to be able to find, suggest and execute solutions to various problems related to his department.
5. Manpower management: The candidate has to be efficient in administering and enforcing policies towards the manpower in the company.

 

Educational Qualification

• BCom/BBA in Human Resources from any reputed Public/Private University

 

Required Experience

• Min.m 4 Years Years of experience as an HR Executive/Manager or Admin Assistant
• Will get preference if actively affiliated with reputed national and international clubs

Salary

• BDT 20,000 ~ BDT 25,000
