Assistant Regional Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Marketing (Only for Science Graduates)

Level: Mid

Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure to achieve sales targets.
-Ensures timely collection of payments as per the defined time frame.
-Builds and strengthens relationships with assigned clients/dealers.
-Develop and implement the new sales strategies to increase the market share.
-Demonstrates expertise in product and customer knowledge to proactively assess and fulfil requirements of customers.
-Ensure to adhere the sales policy of BSRM.
-Ensure to prepare monthly/quarterly reports as per the prescribe format.
-Ensure to monitor with logistics team for on time delivery of products.

Required Educational Qualification:
-Bachelor of Science from any reputed university.
-Skills Required: B2B and B2C sales and marketing.
-Critical Thinking, Good communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skill, Problem solving and decision making.

Experience Requirements:
-Minimum 6 years of experience, at-least 2 years in a supervisory role
-The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales, Sales & Marketing
-The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electrode, Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel, Electric Wire/Cable.
