Job Responsibilities:

To determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.

To maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.

Ample experience to prepare BOQ & Estimate.

To keep liaison with head quarter, consultants, purchasing entity to execute the project smoothly.

Analyze the expenditure on construction materials to track the actual costs of project.

Ability to co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders like project adjacent neighbors, local authorities etc.

Regular monitoring of Project activities against targets & take corrective measures accordingly.

To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personnel to identify the issues to improve the quality of work & take initiative accordingly.

Monitor proper utilization of project resources at site and ability to manage at least 10-25 projects at a time

Ensure safety, health and environmental aspects of projects in accordance with company policies.

Preparation of monthly-weekly work program and progress report and attend meeting with client.

Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.

Keep contact with Architect, Structural Engineer, Electrical Engineer and Plumbing Engineers.

Prepare construction plan and probable budget of the projects.

Finding out ways for cost minimization and cost efficient material as well as work methods.

Certify all running and final bills of contractors including certification of project material requisitions.

Perform any other tasks assigned by Top Management.

Educational Requirements

B. Sc in Civil Engineering from BUET/ KUET/CUET/ RUET

Experience Requirements

8 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

8-10years of relevant work experience.

Must have experience to work on ‘Building with Basement’.

IEB Fellowship shall have preference.

Computer Literacy: MS Office(Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
