Job Description

Role Description:

In 10 Minute School, we perceive content as a product and it is the core of what our students experience every day. Content Management is an extremely collaborative process between product, analytics, content development, production, and customer-facing teams. We are looking for a Content Manager for our English Language Learning segment who’s passionate about understanding learner needs and taking the initiative to improve their learning experience. You’ll get to work with teachers and creators to build amazing courses that enable the learners to achieve their goals, as well as work with our product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand and solve our learners’ pain points.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers, business development, and leadership teams to identify target students, ideate

and create courses that serve their needs and align with the growth objectives of 10 Minute School.

• Oversee the content creation process, develop project plans, and collaborate with the production team and

instructors to produce high-quality content within the set timeline.

• Coordinate with engineers, BI analysts, and senior leadership to efficiently manage and present course

content to students and gather data for informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure efficient distribution of the course content, reaching

the right target audience at the right time and driving growth for the assigned vertical.

• Continuously optimize course content using data-driven insights, striving to create impactful and

sustainable learning materials.

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies, set and achieve

business targets, and identify opportunities for expansion within your vertical.

• Research and stay ahead of new and upcoming technology/trends in the EdTech space.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and

business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from any UGC approved university in Bangladesh
• Experience with educational/content products or with technical products or platforms preferably for English Language Learning
• Built courses by collaborating across production, engineering, operations, analytics, marketing, design, and other key stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating student challenges
• Approached content management from a learners’ point of view and is motivated by the chance to improve the lives of customers
• Experience managing online learning products from kick-off to release
• A whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your content and team are successful
• The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
• Not only shipped new courses but is obsessed with continuous content improvement.
