Job Description

For our Bangladesh production office, we are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Country Manager. The main responsibilities will be:

• Manage the entire production process, ensuring that delivery and quality goals are accomplished.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, under an ethical framework.
• Maintain a strict quality control measures focusing on profitable production strategies.
• Sourcing trendy fabrics and garments that could be used in our Bangladesh productions.
• Visit fabric fairs and recap all the information into presentation meetings that will be held in Spain (twice a year).
• Boost compliance with local regulations.
• Lead a team of 8 people within merchandising QC.
• Communicate with HQ in Spain, providing necessary integral performance reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 10 years of production management experience in the garment industry.
• Fully knowledge of garment production as well as Bangladesh’s textile industry.
• Native in Bengali and fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others under deadlines and react to changing priorities.
• Please notice that this position is located in Daca, Bangladesh.
