Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or social
media. Data Analysis, have to make daily, weekly, monthly
reports. Deal with different customer related surveys.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure
resolution. Coordination with interdepartmental. Ensure
customer first level support. Any other work which is
assigned by management.
