Digital Marketing Specialists leads an organisation’s Search Engine Marketing to boost visibility and customer and client engagement.

Job brief:

We are looking for a young energetic talented Digital Marketing Specialist to administer our Social Media accounts as well as our Google Advertising Campaigns. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content strategies, managing Google Ads, managing social media posts and generating reports based on these performances. You will cohesively manage our company image to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. We expect you to understand and have experience with Google Ads. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media and search engine presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Pay Per Click Specialist:

• Creating and managing Search Engine Marketing campaigns.
• Manages Pay Per Click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, SEO, and analysis of ad performance.
• Undertake in-depth Keyword research to run ads Campaigns.
• Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them.
• Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions.
• Writing engaging copy for adverts.
• Proofreading.
• Making creative suggestions for advert templates.
• Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns weekly.
• Monitoring and analyzing web analytics and campaign performance.
• Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles.

Social Media Marketing:

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies.
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook and Instagram adapting content to suit different channels.
• Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organisation and brand
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.

Excellent command of English is a must.

Employment Status: Full-time Office-based (6 days a week)

Educational Requirements: You must have a Bachelor degree in Marketing or similar studies (Preferably from a Private University )

Experience Requirements: 1 year of experience preferably but Fresher can apply with the right attitude and enthusiasm.

Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka (Office based 6 Days a week)

Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 BDT (Based on your experience) 

If offered you must be able to sign a minimum of one year contract with us.
