Division Manager- HungryNaki!

Job Description Responsibilities: Territory management

  • Contribute to building and own the P&L of your district, and own the achievement of those targets
  • Own the acquisition and success of Restaurant Partners in your district
  • Coordinate across departments (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth daily operations, in line with the growth objectives of your district
  • Ensure that service levels are maintained in identified key operational metrics
  • Establish, maintain and manage good relationship with customers, vendors, and prospects and be committed to the delivery of the highest level of service and business engagement
  • Work closely with different business units and departments to execute new vertical launches in respective clusters/cities
  • Identify business growth opportunities or problems in your district, enlist the required support, and own execution on those
  • Be the advocate of your district across the organization, building relationships with teams across all departments, and acting as the main point of contact for other teams

Division expansion

  • Take the lead and ownership of new division launches in your district according to the launch playbook, with full ownership for timely launches
  • Build and execute the new cities’ vendor acquisition strategy that guarantees supply coverage across the division
  • Coordinate with marketing to build the division launch plan
  • Coordinate closely with Operations team to ensure sufficiency of delivery riders, and general preparedness for the division launch
  • Post-launch, maintain close monitoring of the division for the next 2 months and coordinate across departments to ensure healthy initial operations that meet the targets and satisfy SLAs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed University
  • 5+ years of experience in food delivery businesses, e-commerce, or retail
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Proactive and can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
