Casestudy (www.casestudy.hk) is a Multinational company in trims and packaging for the fashion industry. We produce trims like hangtags, neck labels, badges, zipper pullers, etc and paper shopping bags, webshop boxes, etc for our global customers/ Brands.We have sales offices in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Italy and Germany and production units in Hk, China, Turkey & Bangladesh.

We need a good colleague for our Bangladesh office. Here details has been shared.

Experience Requirements : 02 Years Trims Industries Or Fresher can be applied.

Educational Requirements : Masters in any business related field. For highly experienced candidate, Bachelor’s degree will be considered.

Salary Range : BDT 15k to BDT 18k

Responsibility:
• Handling customer orders from ERP system.
• Ensure highest level of Customer service; establish professional and proactive communication with customers.
• Handle Customer Complaints and take proper steps to resolve.
• Visit potential and existing customers end to capture more sales and analyze their need.
• Responsible for purchase products and track delivery to in-house from Suppliers.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Handle development and costing several of trims (Woven, printed labels, paper tag and packing items).
• Keep continuous communication with European offices about delivery status and product development status.
