Junior Executive, Operations

The Role:Shikho is looking for Junior Operations Executive for the CMS team within the Operations Department. As a Junior Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our operations team, responsible for entering and managing diverse content types within our Content Management System (CMS). Your primary focus will involve utilizing R markdown and Ascii to input questions, notes, and other relevant content efficiently and accurately.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately input exam questions and quiz questions into the Content Management System (CMS) following established guidelines.
• Maintaining 100% efficiency by completing the tasks.
• Organize and categorize questions to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Conduct thorough quality checks of the questions uploaded in the app to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to predefined standards.
• Identify and rectify any errors or inconsistencies in the content.
• Collaborate with the program management team to ensure project requirements and timelines for question uploads.
• Ensure all files are submitted and tracked within deadlines, providing regular progress updates.
• Conduct testing and provide feedback on various input systems to improve efficiency and the user experience.
• Maintain different G-suite spaces to work collaboratively.
• Report any technical issues to the appropriate team for prompt resolution.
• Identifying and understanding the importance of the work and completing the daily tasks accordingly.
• Assist your team lead in various ad-hoc tasks and special projects related to operations and content management.
• Have to cope with any kind of newly arrived challenge and handle it smartly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed public or private university.
• Preference will be given to candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in science or closely related fields.
• Proficiency in R markdown and Ascii for content input and manipulation within a CMS.
• Familiarity with content management systems and database structures.
• Strong attention to detail is needed to maintain content accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Understanding of quality assurance principles for content validation.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on emerging technologies in content management.
• Basic analytical skills for content assessment and interpretation.
• Ability to work well as part of a team toward common goals.
• Computer literacy and good knowledge at MS Office and G-Suite applications.

• Job type: Contractual, 5 Days a Week, 10 AM to 6 PM

• Gross Salary: BDT 15000 (subject to statutory deductions)
• Leave availability: Sick Leave, Casual Leave
• Weekend: Two days weekend (Friday and Saturday)
