Junior Marketing Executive

The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller with a writer’s DNA. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to develop appropriate messaging strategy and channels that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes. 

Responsibilities

• Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of marketing campaign
• Research and develop strategic insights relevant to the marketing operation, and align instructions provided by Marketing Lead
• Develop content for marketing campaigns
• Update Marketing Calendar and periodically monitor content performance
• Collaborate with Design Leads to optimize visual storytelling.
• Manage and allocate budget correctly

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Exceptional writing skills in both Bengali and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
• Ability to meaningfully contribute in a collaborative ideation session and derive strategic direction for content creation.
