Manager/Deputy Manager, Microsoft Power Platform & Share Point

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to support various projects and solutions.
  • Responsible for developing PowerApps model and canvas driven apps
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise.
  • Installation and configuration of data gateways.
  • Development of Azure logic apps and functions and Power BI development.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Develop Web look Intranet Portal Collaboration Intranet Site and Branding on SharePoint platform or using Live Tiles solution.
  • Build new landing page, department templates/pages, newsletter, banner and videos accessible to any device.
  • Implement, deploy, package and maintain new intranet portal site and SharePoint site.
  • Use SharePoint Framework SPx to create website designs with OOTB, UI extension, page layouts, themes, and display templates.
  • Code pages using HTML5, JavaScript, and Typescript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap or responsive design for all devices.
  • Create web parts, lists/library, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management
  • Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Flow.
  • Migrate data from SharePoint Online to SP 2010/2013/2016 using Sharegate, Quest, or Metalogix migration tool.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong .Net development experience with familiarity with C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, #), IIS, Azure Active Directory and SharePoint site configuration.
  • 2+ years of experience as a SharePoint Site Owner and/or Site Collection Administrator
  • 2+ years of business systems analysis and support experience
  • 1+ year of experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, and Azure ecosystem
  • Prior experience with SOA/web services design and programming; experience with SharePoint 2016, ASP.NET MVC and JavaScript
  • Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.
  • Strong business-to-technology translation skills are essential for identifying ways to apply solutions to help clients increase business value and performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.
  • Strong project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience customizing SharePoint lists and disparate systems with PowerApps
  • Experience developing PowerApps model
  • Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow.
  • A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas and development methods.
  • Proficient creating PowerShell scripts.
  • Technologies: PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Exchange, Intune, Azure, PowerShell
  • Platforms: Windows, Linux
  • Preferred Certifications: Developing business applications with PowerApps and Flow
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 and SharePoint on Premise 2013/2016.
  • Experience in client interaction and understanding business application, business data flow and migration from SP 2010 or 2013 to 2016.
  • Experience in SharePoint framework, building sites in hybrid environments, developing and administrating.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment with special requests.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packing to deploy from DEV to PROD.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must have expertise building and/or maintaining collaboration sites and/or programs.
  • Excellent knowledge around UI/UX

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or degrees in related disciplines.

Experience: 3 to 5 year(s) experience in this following area: Consultative Microsoft Power Platform Solutions and deployment project, DESIGN, Implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
