Market Research Associate

Responsibilities of the Ideal Candidate: 

Your responsibilities will be the following: 

• Data entry and general administrative duties
• Gather and research information on university and college programs for customers 
• Prepare and design program reports for customers  
• Research information related to admission and visa eligibility to answer customer queries 
• Open university and college applications for customers through application portals 
• Contribute to the combined needs of our Sales and Operations Team 
• Work with Admission and Visa Counsellors to request, organize, review, and verify our customers documents.
• Prepare documents for presentations and client outreach 
• Other duties as assigned 

Educational Requirements:

• A-Level Graduate (Preference will be given to candidates proficient in English)
• HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preference will be given to candidates proficient in English)

Qualifications:

• 2 years related experience is an asset. 
• Must have Excellent computer skills which include Microsoft Office suite/Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Skype for Business and Outlook), G-Suite (Gmail and Google Drive) and Adobe (PDF and Photoshop) 
• Ability to communicate in English effectively and listen attentively 
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects and timelines 
• Must have excellent writing skills, with a proficiency in proofreading and grammar 
• Meticulous attention to detail and capable of independent decision-making 
• Must be highly organized and work well under strict deadlines
• Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment 
• Good interpersonal skills and strong capacity for teamwork 
• Fluency in English is an asset

Additional Requirements: Must be Age 19 to 25 years

Employment Status: Full-time

Job Location: Dhaka

Compensation: 10,000-15,000 BDT
