Office Manager

I am looking for an Office Manager for my School of Pharmacy & Public Health (SPPH) who will directly report to the Dean of SPPH. The provision period will be for 2-yeras, afterwards contract will be extended based on performance during provisional period.
The applicants must meet the following qualifications to apply:

1. Must passed (completed) masters degree or currently enrolled in the last semester of the ongoing masters program preferably on Pharmacy, Public Health, Accounting, Marketing and English. No degree with third (3rd) class will be eligible.

2. Must be proficient both in English and Bengali. Applicants with IELTS (academic) band score of 7.0 or better and English medium background (good academic record in A & O-levels) will be given preference. Should have the ability of drafting letters/correspondence in English and knowledge of filling is desired.

3. Must be less than 30 years old by 31 December 2021.

4. Must have hands on knowledge on computer operations – at least should have good command over operating MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint. Preferences would be given if the applicant is also good at Photo & video editing, SPSS/STATA, graphics design additionally.

5. For Pharmacy & Public Health background applicants, should have interest to participate in publishing articles and international journals with the Research Assistants, R&D Officers and the faculty members of SPPH.

6. Should have the mentality to work in a team, work under pressure and to accept Bengali & Bangladeshi culture. Should be good at arranging events such as workshops, seminars organized from the School.

7. He/she has to be medically fit, mentally sound, pious according to his/her following religion, and already vaccinated with 2 dosages of COVID-19 vaccines approved in Bangladesh,
