Job Context
The incumbent will be responsible for the role of a Customer Service Officer (CSO), for the division of Customer Experience Department (CED), which will focus on collecting dues from overdue customers. This is a target oriented job and performance will be evaluated based on achievement of given targets.
Job Description / Responsibility (CCMC-SME)
- Send overdue statement to respective departments.
- Regular follow up of overdue customers
- Provide account related information to stakeholders.
- Send different types of SMS (Dishonoring, Reminder, Collection & Excise Duty)
- Send dishonored statement.
- Send client list to business for any type of update in customers information
- Co-ordination with other departments in different issues.
- Input OSP (Online Service Provider) for PDC (Post Dated Cheque) redeposit issue
- Give reminder calls & welcome calls to the customers

- Regular follow up of overdue customers & achieved target.
- Provide account related information to the overdue customers.
- Send overdue letters.
- Send different types of SMS (Dishonoring, Reminder, Collection sms).
- Co-ordination with other departments.
- Provide bank account number & e-mail address to customer for cash payment.
- Input OSP (Online Service Provider) for PDC (Post Dated Cheque) redeposit issue.
Job Requirements
Education
Graduation/Post Graduation degree in any business field from a reputed university
Experience
Preferably 0 to 1 years of experience in Customer Experience Department or in a relevant field. Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
