A Day in the Life
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
Research and analyze sales options
Sells Dynamics ERP, CRM, and Power Platform solutions by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Research and recommend new opportunities
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Stay up to date on specific industry trends
Represent Stoneridge at a variety of different events
Update CRM with all account, contact, opportunity information available
Prepare legal documents and Statements of Work ( if possible but not core requirement)
Strong interpersonal skills
Requirements
Extensive Knowledge of the Business/PreSales/Sales (required)
Business application experience (e.g. ERP, Supply Chain, CRM etc.)
Experience and familiarity with any of the following technologies
Zoho
Pipedrive
Sales
ERP – etc
Good to have:
Fluent English speaking and writing is preferred.Writing blogs is plus. [not mandatory]
Team planner and work alone with team.
Hardworking, Passionate and disciplined.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field – Or If you feel you are strong on tech sales/presales but no degree you can also apply for it.
Experience as a sales executive or similar role. Fresher also welcome if he believes he has a skilled and long time plan on this.
Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing
Passion for sales and fast learner
Results-driven approach with self-motivation
Benefits
Salary: Tk. 15,000BDT to 25,000BDT (depends on Skill and Experience) + Deal closer bonus + Commission
If Fresher Salary: TK. 10,000BDT + Deal closer bonus + Commission
Salary Review: Yearly
Working hour/Days: 12 PM to 09 PM
Weekend: 1 Days from Friday or Sunday
Working Location: Dhaka, Dhanmondi.
Other Benefits: As per company policy ( Like Eid bonus /performance bonus /profit share after staying with us for 3 year )
