o Manage training and development initiatives
o Keep track of employee performance
o Manage and improve communication
o Handle BSCI, SEDEX Audit.
o Support Global and Regional HR Partner to align HR activities and
programs with the strategic direction and business needs of the
organization.
o Handle with required communication with Buyer.
