Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Officer role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. As a Senior Officer, your day-to-day tasks will include managing and overseeing financial operations, analyzing data and preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving the financial success of IDLC Finance PLC.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) is a plus
