Subject Program Executive (SPE), ICT

The Role:Shikho is looking for Subject Program Executive (SPE) for the ICT team within the Knowledge Department. As an SPE, you will be responsible to review and deliver high-quality study materials in various formats such as PowerPoint Presentations, Video Lectures, Resource Packs, Tests & Practice Questions, amongst others. You will play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity to the approach to make learning and teaching simple. Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Your role includes, but is not limited to:

• Developing detailed live class plans for SSC and HSC.
• Prepare engaging, creative, and easily understandable resources (PPTs, Scripts) for the teachers and also assist them during class.
• Capable of taking classes and making video contents for students.
• Quality assurance of all PPTs, Scripts, and Videos upon getting feedback from Teachers and the Subject Program Manager (SPM).
• Selecting and designing questions for the MCQ and CQ exams.
• Revising and developing smart notes for animated lessons.
• Writing hand notes for Facebook groups/pages (in collaboration with the Marketing team).
• Designing educational content for social media engagement on Facebook groups/pages (in collaboration with the Marketing Team).
• Designing OVC scripts (in liaison with the Marketing Team).
• Community building through commenting, posting, reacting in facebook groups for better engagement with the students.
• Updating and maintaining trackers daily to keep track of the production process.
• Providing support to the team members in aligning them to organizational vision and purpose by developing team culture and value-driven work ethics.
• Helping the Subject Program Manager (SPM) in planning and executing the whole academic course.
• Maintaining liaison with all relevant teams.

Qualifications and Skills:▪ Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in CSE, or graduated with any Engineering subjects from a reputed public or private university.

▪ Deep understanding of national curriculum of ICT.

▪ Teaching and training experience in similar subjects.

▪ Any other relevant job experience that is relevant to this JD.

▪ Strong grasp of the principles of education and the importance of the quality of its delivery.

▪ Good oral and written communication skills.

▪ Computer literacy and you are good at MS Office and G-Suite applications.

• Job type: Full Time, 5 Days a Week, 10 AM to 6 PM
• Location: Gulshan 2, Dhaka, Bangladesh

• Reporting to: Subject Program Manager, Knowledge Team
• Gross Salary: Negotiable; (subject to statutory deductions)
• Annual Leaves, Sick Leaves, Casual Leaves, Paternity/Maternity Leaves, Marriage Leaves
• Two days weekend (Friday and Saturday)
