UI/UX Designer (Remote)

?  Design UI/UX for Mobile and Web Applications.

?  Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.

? Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

? Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

? Prepare and present rough drafts to the product manager and other internal team members.

? Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.

? Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

? Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images.

? Direct communication with the PM onsite. Understanding the requirements from the remote is very important.

? Full-TIme (8 Hours a Day, 6 Days of the Week)

? The First 3 months will be counted as a provisional period.

? Graduation from any discipline. Flexible for the right candidates.  

? Proven experience as UI designer or similar role

? Strong UI Design Knowledge.

? Proven work experience in User research. 

? Familiarity with interaction design & information architecture.

? Excellent understanding of basic design principles, including, but not limited to typography, colour, balance, information hierarchy and attention to details

? Proficient in design software ( Sketch, Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, etc)

? Translate requirements into concepts and elegant user experience design 

? Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

? Understand the product vision, business objectives, and overall strategy

? Understand the customer pulse & their needs 

? Ability to take input & feedback

? Must be able to work in a team or in a group

? BDT 25,000 BDT to 35,000 BDT  Monthly (negotiable).

? 2 festival bonuses each is equal to half of the monthly salary.
