As Junior Credit Manager you will act as a Finance Order to Cash business partner for a portfolio of customers within Benelux, France as well as some customer is EIMEA region, in accordance with Henkel credit policy and operational guidelines.

YOUR ROLE

• Perform risk assessment of new and existing customers and make recommendations on the appropriate credit limits and risk categories (within the decision matrix).
• Take decisions on blocked orders (within the decision matrix).
• Interact with internal stakeholders (Accounts Receivable team, Customer Service, Sales) in connection to customers’ AR situation, blocked orders treatment, credit analysis, bad debt provision (IFRS), customers’ disputes etc.
• Take care of insolvency / bankruptcy activities: follow up internally, with external lawyers, with collection agency.
• Act as a SPOC during internal and external audit for Finance Order to Cash related processes for a chosen portfolio.
• Participate in ongoing projects and initiatives.
