Restaurant Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a Restaurant Marketing associate to take the lead on signage projects in Belgium and develop and execute restaurant marketing campaigns. This role will work closely with our external supplier & internal/external creative studios to deliver best in class project results that deliver against our goals, whilst also working with the rest of the Belgium marketing and commercial team. You will participate in the reflection and construction of the marketing strategy at a national level/ local level in the priority cities but also in our new cities. This role reports to a Restaurant Marketing Manager, and is based in Belgium (Brussels).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Signage campaign development: support the creation of (large scale) signage campaigns from ideation, to brief creation, through planning, creative development, logistics and supply and launch.
• Restaurant marketing campaign management: You’ll be responsible for working closely with the Restaurant Marketing Manager and commercial team to manage campaigns across all channels.
• You will monitor results in order to be a driving force in the optimization of future initiatives.
• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship: Work with diverse teams to deliver best in class marketing planning and campaign management. You’ll work closely with teams across the business including, CRM, creative studio and the commercial team to develop the optimum campaigns to drive relevance with our consumers.

Requirements

• Graduated of a bachelor/master degree in Marketing/Business
• Detail oriented executor. You’re skilled at planning, organising, prioritising and executing simultaneous projects and activities at once. You can prioritise high impact activities and keep side projects moving forward.
• A self-starter attitude that’s comfortable with constant change and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative problem solver who can think things through analytically.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, full of great ideas and able to get stuff done autonomously.
• Great communication skills to manage relationships with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent understanding, writing and speaking skills of the English language (French or Dutch is a plus).
