Account Manager – Traxxeo – Brussel

Traxxeo is looking for a high velocity Account Manager to help us grow revenue. We are on high growth pace and need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-5 years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.

Tasks

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority.
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Traxxeo to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities.
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches.
  • Maintain or extend existing accounts.
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the HR world, construction sector or Saas industry.
  • Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, HR and ask intelligent questions.
  • Organized and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication in French, English and Dutch.
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment.
