Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• System-level knowledge on:
• BMC Remedy/Helix IT Service Management (ITSM) toolset and its capabilities;
• BMC ADDM (Discovery) toolset;
• BMC API;
• Experience in Oracle Database application development and maintenance;
• ITIL Service Management knowledge;
• Experience with:
• Management systems implemented at the NCIA;
• CMOS Atrium EAL and Reconciliation methodology;
• Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Duties/role:

• Performing daily management of ITSM on NATO Secret (NS), NATO Restricted (NR), and NATO Unclassified (NU): profile management, licensing, and application configuration;
• Providing ITSM development, support, and maintenance for incident management and change (and release) management;
• Monitoring request fulfilment, service level management, and asset lifecycle;
• Developing additional features and processes in ITSM: problem management and capacity management;
• Performing availability management;
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Oracle Database applications;
• Supporting BMC ADDM deployment in the 3 networks (NS/NR/MS);
• Performing migration to Intel-based platforms and stop of Solaris;
• Performing migration to BMC Helix ITSM 21.x.
