Better starts and ends with the customer

We’ll be looking for you to grow the business in your region (Brussels area) by signing, training and activating new Western Union agents and managing business development activities with existing agents. We’ll want you to meet and exceed your sales targets through new agent acquisitions and growing sales in store, managing the end-to-end sales process. You will support agent activation and regularly visit high performing locations and be responsible for the Agent lifecycle for all independents in your territory.

We’ll need you to have experience in outside sales or servicing of customer products. You’ll need the ability to work independently and possess strong decision-making skills. You’ll use your interpersonal skills to negotiate, present and listen to your agents, and build trust and confidence with them. Ideally, you will be educated to degree level. A fluent level in French and a good level English and Dutch languages is required.
