Brussels is a key hub at the core of Europe and our office has experienced continuous growth. We are looking for a new Associate to join our international team to manage multiple client engagements through a combination of solid project management skills, quality research execution and strong collaboration and cooperation. This is the ideal platform to build together world-class project management skills, collaborate internationally and build your own high-caliber professional network.

What we look for 

• Master’s degree in relevant field (Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Management etc…) from a reputable university preferred. For exceptional candidates, a Bachelor’s degree can be accepted. 
• Minimum 1 year of work experience. Ideally, in an analyst, consulting, or professional/executive search environment, or internal recruitment. 
• International: Lived, worked or travelled extensively, to shape an international outlook 
• Self-driven, proactive, an eye for detail, and with a bias for action. 
• Critical mind to creatively solve problems and hungry to continuously learn new skills. 
• Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French are a must. 
• Good level of computer literacy, especially using Microsoft’s Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
