The Challenge
The Automation systems SME will be responsible to Support the main activities for the zone in terms of Virtualization, automation networks, Cyber-security & Interfaces, by providing technical expertise.
That means, for those topics, support to projects, contribute to Automation Strategic plan for the Zone, elaborate the Maintenance procedures and help identifying organization gaps and needs, contribute to Global Technical Specifications (GTS) and their Zone applications.
As a Automation system SME you will support the breweries, both technically and to identify gaps and risks and build mitigation plans.
The role can be based in Briemen, Munich, Issum, Dommelen, Dierkich, Hoogarden, Jupille-sur-Meuse, Leuven, Samlesbury or Magor.
What Will You Be Doing
- Support ZBS TS or other CAPEX projects, by providing technical expertise, for budget cost evaluation, planning forecast, organization, applicable standards, acceptance criteria, functional and technical design, testing and commissioning point of view
- Manage and lead selected strategic projects
- Participate in elaboration of Automation Strategic plan for the Zone
- Participate the elaboration of Global Technical Specifications (GTS), and make sure they are properly understood and implemented by all Zone and breweries actors
- Support breweries’ Technical Services on request
- Write and update maintenance procedures, explain and provide training to all relevant actors, audit the application. Involve ZBS Maintenance in that process.
- Recommend specific Skill Matrixes, and training plans for the brewery technicians+ Audit
- Centrally facilitate support with main suppliers
What you’ll bring:
- Master degree or equivalent by experience
- Experience or deep knowledge in virtualization, Windows domain management, SQL database administration, networking and cyber-security.
- Understanding of specific technical OT context (SCADA, Historian, Production reporting, …)
- Very good organizer and structured way of working, strong team player, project Management skills. Flexibility to change direction and iterate plans
- Aggressive focus on results & disciplined in execution
- Proven ability to build relationships and to lead cross functional initiatives and proven ability to persuade and influence to achieve outstanding results
- Ability to stretch oneself and work outside of one’s comfort zone. Clear demonstration of thinking and acting as owners
- Knowledge about VPO and Supply Business Processes
