Customer Service Representative – FHP Vileda SComm – Verviers

Responsibilities

  • Order taking and making sure all orders are processed in the system
  • Developing a good relationship with our customers, handling their requests and challenges and propose corrective actions
  • Following up orders for preparation with 3PL and for shipment with haulers securing the on time delivery to the customers
  • Monitor the KPI CSL (Customer Service Level) and take corrective actions to reach this KPI
  • Check Back orders together with Supply Chain and inform customers about next availability
  • Develop and follow the evolution of EDI’s implemented or to be implemented with customers
  • Handle customer master data creation
  • Maintain general customer conditions in SAP
  • Check customer’s OOSL (out of stock level) & OTIF (on time in full)

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experiences in a similar field preferably in an international environment
  • Attracted by multicultural environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French & English
  • Good problem resolution skills
  • Team spirit and result oriented
  • Strong stress resistance skills
  • Able to work with an ERP (SAP), Windows programs (Excel, Outlook…)
