Your journey with us

• As a Digital HR Consultant, you will use your knowledge of and experience in HR and HR Technologies to optimize business results and customer experience by:
• Working on a diverse project team to help develop multi-year Digital HR Technology strategies while delivering superior results for your clients
• Exploring innovative solutions (e.g. Robotics & Intelligent Automation, People Analytics, Unified Engagement Platforms, Digital Workplace) to bring the full suite of Digital HR Technology capabilities to your clients
• Applying Digital HR Technology trends and understanding how they can impact the way your clients deliver HR services
• Engaging with HR, HRIS, IT and Business Leaders to gather business requirements and map them to design features
• Staying well-informed on current Human Capital leading practices and market trends

Let’s Talk About You

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, including client-facing consulting experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR domain/function & HR Technology with experience in at least one of the following areas: Digital HR strategy, road mapping, business cases, vendor selections, architecture
• Intellectual curiosity combined with excellent analytical skills
• Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issues
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Visio)
• You thrive in an international environment and are open to travel when needed
• University degree with a background in engineering, IT, HR, economics or equivalent. A post-graduate degree is an asset
• Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch. Additional languages are a plus
