Role

MH BeLux – covering distribution in Belgium and Luxembourg, and MH Netherlands – covering distribution in the Netherlands, are sharing their finance and operations back office. We wish to integrate a finance intern within this organization, for 6 months, based in Brussels, covering mainly accounting and internal control tasks over this BENELUX scope.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

Account receivable tasks:

· Create new clients in the administrative system and set up credit limits

· Release sales orders in SAP

Account payable tasks:

· Process all supplier invoices into the bookkeeping system.

· Set payments ready to approve in the payment system

Internal control tasks :

· Assist the compliance office in their daily tasks : exception reports creation, internal control campaign and action plans follow-up, internal procedures update, etc.)

Profile

Education: Student in Finance/Accounting

Languages: Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus

Professional experience & know how: internship experience in finance. Interest in the Wines & Spirits industry.

Technical & management skills: Full proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP is a plus.

Personal & interpersonal skills: Strongly motivated and willing to learn, team-player, dynamic and proactive, autonomous, rigorous and organized, good communication skills.
