What you bring to the table

• Background in Customer Service and people leading positions
• Relevant experience in food industry or related
• Excellent understanding of Logistics in Customer Service, within the food industry
• Excellent coaching and leading skills, to motivate and activate team members
• Affinity to work with people
• Good prioritization skills and fast learning abilities
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
