ICT Security & Compliance Officer – AT Recruitment – Brussel

We are currently looking for an ICT Security & Compliance officer. You will be working for an expanding firm in the entertainment world. The head office is located in Gent and this is where you will be working together with the CIO. You will be given the opportunity to work from home supplemented with flexible working hours.
As Security & Compliance Officer, you support the Head of ICT production in the secure operation of all in-house computer systems, servers and network connections, in accordance with the internal processes and procedures and international legislation. In collaboration with the Head of ICT production, you also support the ICT infrastructure team for ensuring that all ICT systems comply with the internal ICT procedures & security standards. Together with the CIO, you are responsible for implementing new initiatives in line with the overall strategy. Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English is important! As security it is very important you also work closely together with the Kinepolis group DPO (Data Protection Officer).

• You are responsible for the strategic aspect of ICT security and governance and you also have a supporting role with several stakeholders from different departments.
• You organize periodic compliance controls with the aim of keeping all stakeholders in line with all ICT security procedures and policies.
• You are responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the ICT security and compliance strategy, in close collaboration with the CIO.
• You present solutions and necessary actions to solve crisis problems, caused by attacks or threats towards our ICT security systems. You support the ICT service desk in appropriate communication to all stakeholders.
• You stay well-informed about the evolutions and developments in ICT security, keeping your knowledge up-to-date in order to strengthen your credibility by offering a service that is continuously based on updated knowledge.
  • You have proven experience as a Security officer.
  • You have good knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
  • You are hands-on and have a positive mindset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender is a plus.
