ABOUT THE JOB As a Implementation Analyst, you are part of a Transformation team that ensures that the end to end solutions are fit for the business users. You will collaborate with Business Leads, analysts, Project managers, IT stakeholders, product owners, software developers, delivery and technology leads and tester to clearly define, document and communicate requirements that will enable implementation of new changes and enhancements to our platforms in an agile manner. You’re responsible for gathering requirements, consulting with stakeholders to define and articulate business needs. As a Implementation Analyst you distil the needs of business and using your strong collaboration skills you support , co-ordinate and ensure the successful implementation. You will drive change and are therefore also very good at stakeholder management; You love to work in an international, multi-cultural team. You challenge constructively and have high expectations of yourself and others.
ABOUT YOU Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with good attention to detail and commercial acumen; ability to convert ideas into prioritized requirements. Adept at understanding complex problems and communicating findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Collaborative approach, able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and facilitate agreement across multiple markets in a global structure, with that an ability to manage multiple competing priorities; Good track record of successfully using business requirements elicitation, analyses, validation and communication techniques including workshop facilitation, documentation analysis, process flows, interviewing and brainstorming. Including good influencing skills to identify and validate priorities and to gain agreement on requirements You are fluent in Dutch and English, French is optional
