To support our rapid growth, we are looking for an Investment Analyst to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of an entrepreneurial, high-growth firm with a proven track record and significant potential. You will work closely with promising GP teams across Europe and the US, and play an integral role in shaping the firm’s future.

Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to market research and assess macroeconomic trends to inform investment strategy;
• Assist in mapping and sourcing qualitative investment opportunities;
• Support deal execution, due diligence processes, and the preparation of investment committee documentation;
• Support in the monitoring of our portfolio funds and investments;
• Maintain and improve our CRM system;
• Support the broader team in interesting ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Law, Business, or any related field;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in investments, portfolio management, financial advisory, strategic consultancy, banking or a related role;
• Private equity experience is highly valued;
• Entrepreneurial spirit and cultural fit with our fast-paced, high-impact team;
• Proactive, dynamic, and eager to learn, with a results-driven mindset;
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills;
• Strong business acumen and understanding of relevant business drivers;
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Willingness to work regularly from our Ghent office and travel for business as needed
