What will you do?

As Marketing Automation Expert you are responsible for creating, managing and improving our customer journeys. In doing so you contribute to the improvement of the entire customer lifecycle and to better customer experience.. You report directly to the Marketing Manager.

• You improve the existing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and create new ones;
• You add new channels to the customer journeys and align them in order to enhance our omni-channel presence
• You identify problems and find the best solutions;
• You listen to the needs of internal stakeholders and provide feedback loop about adjustments and improvements;
• You measure and analyze the effectiveness of the omni-channel results in order to make suggestions for improvement;
• You provide technical support for the marketing automation tools.

Requirements

Who are you?

• You have at least 3 years of experience within Marketing or Communication;
• You have experience in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or have affinity with marketing automation tools in general;
• You are willing to demonstrate your technical skills (html, SQL,…);
• Knowledge of Datorama and Litmus is a plus;
• You have excellent communication skills and know how to share your knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders;
• You take ownership and are very determined and focused on results and customers;
• You are agile and can adapt easily in a changing and dynamic environment;
• You are fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken);
