Within the Northern Europe Strategy Integration team, you will work on diverse missions for Coca-Cola, related to diverse ongoing strategic projects, on our portfolio brands: Coca-Cola Classic, Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Fanta, Sprite, Fuze Tea, Powerade, Aquarius…
You will work for several markets (Belux, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Iceland).
You will work in close collaboration with the team and you will be the link between:
- Internal Coca-Cola teams (financial department, brand managers, commercial teams…)
- Partner research agencies (Nielsen, GFK, …)
You will frequently be in contact with Coca-Cola Services senior management: Northern Europe Director Strategy & Insights, Financial Director, Marketing Director, Commercial Director…
Key Responsibilities
- Active analysis of the markets and opportunities in Northern Europe and in Europe:
- Analysis of macroeconomics and consumer behavior evolutions in Northern Europe
- Ongoing analysis of competitive landscape and tactics (incl. support to share forecasts)
- Support & lead strategic analysis:
- Participation to strategic reflections & deepdive analysis
- 360 understanding of performance connecting shopper, consumer (qualitative & quantitative insights), customer information in a holistic way
- Definition of key actionable recommendations for the Business
- Support and lead specific strategic analytical projects
- Light Cola Analysis project
- Competitive tracking project
- RGM 2.0
- New tax scenarios and impact assessment
- Training journey
- Ongoing support the Northern Europe Strategy, Franchise Ops and Marketing teams
- Direct contact to the teams for any business / insights-related questions
- Responsible for the extended teams trainings to all insights tools / platforms
- Analytical support to the operational teams
- Responsible for local system dashboards
Job Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous experience in strategy consulting and/or within a mass consumption player (strategy team / commercial finance / strategic marketing / commercial strategy)
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills, with ability to handle large volume of data
- Strong communication skills (written, spoken)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with also the ability to work in an autonomous manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT…) and willingness to learn fast on other tools
- Experience with Nielsen is a plus
- Capacity to work with diverse constituencies and cultures
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken)
Conditions
- We are offering a 6 months internship as of January 2022
- We require an internship agreement from your school.
- The minimum internship length is 6 months
- Per Diem (35€/ calendar day): about 1050 € net/month
