Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• A university degree (equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree) in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline or 5 years’ relevant experience;
• Sound knowledge of service design, transition, and operation processes with proved experience with one of these processes;
• Experience with and/or sound knowledge of projects/programmes/services management best practices from a lifecycle approach;
• Experience in resource management, including planning and allocation of resources in organizations;
• Relevant skillset and knowledge of customer environment;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Proven ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing;
• Good briefing skills;
• Advanced organizational skills;
• Analytical approach to problem solving.

Desirable:

• ITIL v3 (or higher) certification.

Duties/role:

• Monitoring the end-to-end provision of services, ensuring that all service delivery entities are properly engaged and providing value;
• Contributing into Service Level Agreement (SLA) preparation and negotiations;
• Establishing necessary communication with Service Delivery Managers, customers, Account Managers, Data Analysts and any other stakeholders;
• Encouraging collaboration between the service delivery entities and performing proactive customer reviews in cooperation with Demand Management and the Service Owners;
• Acting as the main Point of Contact to the customers for any activities related to the SLA;
• Contributing on developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying SLA target levels;
• Ensuring that the agreed KPIs are monitored and reported;
• Providing guidance to the stakeholders;
• Leading a team of Service Level Managers (SLMs).
