We are currently seeking a Project Management Excellence Coordinator with the primary focus of this position is to support the electrolyzers business development with excellence in project management discipline across all phases. This encompasses methodologies & tools, procedures, trainings and behaviours enabling the teams to manage the projects efficiently. The value of the project portfolio ranges between 1 and 100 Million USD.

The Project Management Excellence Coordinator must be able to work well within a multi-disciplinary team and be able to prioritize and multi-task while supporting numerous interfaces.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Being the point of contact for the project management methodologies and use of company ERP tools for the global organization.
• Improving, implementing, and managing the project management methodologies such as processes, business rules, practices to support the project managers and the project teams. It encompasses the development of business rules in collaboration with the project management systems and Resource Management teams, project information and documentation management, risk management, performance management, the maintenance of a project management handbook and/or related framework.
• Driving continuous improvement of the project management methodologies and infrastructure, liaising with relevant stakeholders to achieve it.
• Ensuring compliance with the project management methodologies and systems, identifying KPIs, set achievable targets, monitor, and support the teams to achieve them, conduct audits etc.
• Ensuring proper training to the project management team across the whole organisation in the use of the company ERP tools.

QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Knowledge in the use of the planning tools and methodologies, as well as other methodologies such as communication, risk or performance management
• Familiar with ERP systems (IFS or Power BI) and tools and its applications for industrial projects.
• Familiar with Project Control Systems, including performance measurement, KPI calculation and significance, and project budget and schedule requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Technical Management, or equivalent with PMP certification.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
