scope of the mission :
- establish and maintain dynamically a master supply planning that represents the company Business Plan in terms of budget and Customer demand
- optimize sales and operations balancing by optimizing capacity utilization, integrating operational plans of each department (QC, QA, Analytical, manufacturing, procurement) and synchronizing these plans with PPL’s long-term business strategy
- technical evaluation of new opportunity

for this role, your major accountabilities will be :
- establish and maintain the master planning that meet the customer expectations and PPL Business plan by optimizing the resources allocation, aligning departments, identifying issues and leading implementation of solutions
- maintain the balance between demand and supply according to the current and future capacity/flexibility on a three years horizon
- establish priorities between projects based on resource constraints
- anticipate possible conflicts and report issues and solutions
- prepare and conduct the S&Op meetings
- provide the support to set up the standards for the operations in order to improve productivity
- maintain the S&Op process by setting the monthly meeting
- develop and maintain a tool allowing to evaluate new and current opportunities in terms of production concepts and costs
leadership responsibilities:
- ensure long term planning and built trust across the organization to make it the main source for the departments internal organization
- through the S&OP process create an actionable consensus plan that provides the operational blueprint for matching supply to demand profitably
KPI for this position :
- delivery of API’s to the market as expected / promised
- unique master planning tool used by all departments as an input for their own internal organization
