Sales Suppport Officer-Modular Lighting Instruments – Signify – Roeselare

We’re looking for a Sales Support Officer to join our Commercial Back Office in Roeselare.

Modular Lighting Instruments. For over 30 years, we have pushed the boundaries of architectural lighting. We wrote history with our bold designs and amazing campaigns. As a Sales Support Officer you’ll be responsible to support our customers around the globe, offering them a great customer experience.

• Assist in projects with external sales or in direct contact with the architect/designer/end customer

• Prepare a quotation for new projects, offer product assistance and give technical support

• Ensure close follow up for the projects you are working on from quotation up to the order

• Strong commercial experience, as you will be dealing with partners, installers, architects etc.

• Good communication skills; liaising regularly within the team and with other departments.

• A team-player attitude and solution-oriented thinking.

• Technical skills / technical interest.

• Fluency in Dutch, English and German; any additional languages are an advantage.

• Resistance to stress and ability to work in an environment where projects have their natural ups and downs in terms of work pace.

• Proactiveness when it comes to project follow-up, internal coordination etc.

• Ability to multitask and handle a broad and varied workload.

• Knowledge Excel + ERP package (SAP).
